Acceptance of These Terms

These terms govern the use of guttersjerseycity.com ("the Site"), operated under the brand Jersey City Gutter Pros and owned by Local Link Advantage, LLC. By using the Site, submitting its estimate request form, or calling the phone number published on it, visitors accept these terms. Anyone who does not accept them should not use the Site.

What the Site Is — and Is Not

The Site is an informational resource and referral service for gutter-related home services in Jersey City and Hudson County, New Jersey. Jersey City Gutter Pros is not a contractor. The Site performs no gutter installation, repair, cleaning, or other construction work; employs no installation crews; and provides no warranties of workmanship. Nothing on the Site should be read as an offer by the Site's owner to perform construction services.

Referrals to Independent Providers

Calls placed to the number on the Site may be answered by, or connected to, independent third-party service providers, and requests submitted through the Site's form are shared with a provider as described in the Privacy Policy. These providers are separate businesses, expected to hold New Jersey home improvement contractor registration and insurance appropriate to the work they quote. All estimates, scheduling, pricing, contracts, workmanship, and warranties are provided solely by the service provider, and any agreement for work is formed exclusively between the homeowner and that provider. The Site's owner is not a party to those agreements and assumes no responsibility or liability for work performed, or not performed, by any independent provider.

No Warranties on Content

The Site's content — including pricing figures, climate statistics, maintenance guidance, and summaries of local rules — is provided for general information, "as is" and without warranty of any kind. Pricing shown reflects market research, not binding quotes; actual project costs are set by the service provider after an assessment. Summaries of historic-district, tax and contracting rules draw on public sources and may change; homeowners should confirm current requirements with the relevant office. Reasonable efforts are made to keep content accurate, but no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose is given.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local Link Advantage, LLC and the Site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Site, reliance on its content, or work performed by independent service providers — including property damage, delays, or disputes between homeowners and providers.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, layout, and branding — is the property of Local Link Advantage, LLC and may not be reproduced or republished without permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from use of the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
